Babies have small stomach capacity and very high nutritional needs. Hence, they require a meal which contains high nutrition in small portions. NESTLÉ CERELAC is the nutrient rich food, 3 feeds of which fullfill more than half of your baby’s daily requirements of key nutrients.

NESTLÉ CERELAC contains Bifidus BL and key immunonutrients that help strengthen baby’s natural defenses. Immunonutrients such as Zinc, Vitamins A & C are essential for good functioning of immune system.

NESTLÉ CERELAC offers age specific nutrition of your baby along with flavors and textures to develop baby’s acceptance towards different tastes.

How to feed NESTLÉ CERELAC to your baby

NESTLÉ CERELAC should always be fed with a spoon. Start off with small quantities and gradually increase as your baby starts to accept. 1. Before preparing NESTLÉ CERELAC for your baby, wash your hands properly. Also, ensure the utensils you will be using to prepare NESTLÉ CERELAC are properly washed. 2. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool to luke warmness. 3. In 75 ml of water, add 25g of NESTLÉ CERELAC (for Stage 4, 35g NESTLÉ CERELAC with 100ml water) 4. Stir gently until the cereal is properly mixed and settles. There is no need to add milk, since NESTLÉ CERELAC already contains milk. Your baby should be given 2 – 3 feeds of NESTLÉ CERELAC every day.


The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends exclusive breast-feeding for the first 6 months. Consult your doctor for advice on when to introduce complementary foods to your baby. Breastfeeding should continue for as long as possible after introduction of complementary foods.
